Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) CEO Abdul Bari Omar, leading a technical delegation, met with Akmal Jumanzarov, Director of Uzbekistan’s Technical Regulation Agency, to discuss strengthening cooperation in the electricity sector.
The two sides reviewed technical standards, laboratory standardization, implementation of international standards, and broader technical collaboration. Uzbekistan also expressed readiness to support capacity building, provide technical equipment, and help establish mobile laboratories.
