Afghanistan’s Consul General in Mashhad, Mufti Noor Mohammad Mutawakil, met with Ahmad Masoumi Far, Head of the Northern and Eastern Representation of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed resolving the problems of returning refugees, expanding economic and trade cooperation, and the visit of the Governor of Herat to Iran.
Mr. Masoumi Far called for coordination and joint efforts for the dignified return of refugees to Afghanistan, and the Afghan Consul General asked him to cooperate in resolving the existing problems during this process.
