Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, said that His Highness the Amir al-Mu’minin, attended and delivered a speech at a three-day reform and training seminar for judges in Kandahar.
His Highness the Amir al-Mu’minin, said in his speech that the judiciary is an important pillar in the Islamic system, that through the courts, people’s lives, property and honor are protected, seditions and corruption are eliminated and justice is ensured.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate added that if there is no judiciary, the oppressor will oppress and the voice of the oppressed will not be heard.
Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir al-Mu’minin, said about judges that God Almighty has appointed judges to reform the moral and practical lives of people on earth, and a judge who judges with justice is very beloved to God.
He also stated that at the present time, the revival of religion, Islam and Sharia requires patience, perseverance and forbearance, and the noble scholars and judges must show the people and the world by putting religion, Islam and Sharia into practice.
His Highness the Commander of the Faithful , also said that the courts play a great role in realizing the goals of jihad and that the courts revive religion and Islam, promote Islamic beliefs and the implementation of Sharia, and popularize Islamic ethics, and that the entire system stands behind the courts.
Finally, the Leader of the Islamic Emirate emphasized that judges should write books and treatises on their judgments and experiences so that future judges can benefit from them, they should pay special attention to the condition of prisoners, do not keep any prisoner in prison without a fate, establish equality between the plaintiff and the defendant, do not take sides in decision-making, and cooperate with all institutions.
