Dr. Abdul Bari Omar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), held a coordination meeting in his office with Mr. Amir Yaser, the Deputy for Technical and Construction Affairs of Kabul Municipality, to discuss the relocation and technical aspects of electricity poles, transformers, and equipment in connection with Kabul’s urban development projects.
The Deputy Mayor expressed his gratitude for DABS’s continuous cooperation and requested further support from DABS leadership regarding both planned and ongoing construction projects within the city.
CEO Dr. Omar praised all the efforts and progress of Kabul Municipality’s development projects and assured the Deputy Mayor of full cooperation in all relevant matters.
Furthermore, CEO Dr. Omar emphasized the importance of sharing advance information regarding any upcoming changes before the implementation of development projects and the master plan.
He also highlighted the significance of holding pre-coordination meetings between the two sides to remove potential obstacles, accelerate project execution, and avoid delays or financial losses.
Representatives from Kabul Breshna Department also participated in the meeting and discussed various challenges and barriers related to some segments of the construction projects.
