At least seven people were killed in Russian missile strikes on central Ukraine and Kyiv after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned of a large-scale attack.
Officials said an Iskander-M ballistic missile struck a residential home near Kryvyi Rih, killing six people, including two girls aged five and 12, and injuring eight others.
In Kyiv, authorities confirmed one death and reported fires in several districts as air defenses responded to the attack. Officials urged residents to remain in shelters amid the continued threat of further strikes.
