Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs and Head of the High Commission for Addressing the Problems of Returning Afghan Refugees, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, held a meeting with Nimroz Governor Shaikh Mohammad Qasim Khalid during an official visit to the province.
Accompanied by former Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Mullah Hamdullah Nomani, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi discussed the challenges faced by returning Afghan refugees, particularly those re-entering the country via the Silk Road.
According to the Nimroz provincial press office, the officials reviewed the provision of essential facilities for returnees, and key decisions were made to improve their conditions.
