{"id":77623,"date":"2025-12-29T14:25:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-29T09:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rta.af\/?p=77623"},"modified":"2025-12-29T14:26:58","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T09:56:58","slug":"secretariat-of-the-high-commissions-to-address-the-problems-of-migrants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legacy.rta.af\/en\/secretariat-of-the-high-commissions-to-address-the-problems-of-migrants\/","title":{"rendered":"Secretariat of the High Commissions to address the Problems of migrants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Daily Work Report of the Committees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">On Sunday, 1447\/7\/7, corresponding to 1404\/10\/7, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The full report is presented as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Herat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Islam Qala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">19 families with 74 members returned to the country and were registered through Islam Qala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Financial management Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A total of (218,000) Afghanis were provided to 28 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Nimroze<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Abrishom way<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">31 families with 125 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 744 travelers have also returned to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Financial management Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A total of (28,000) Afghanis have been provided to 3 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Health: 407 migrants returning from the Silk Road have been treated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Communications: 3 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the migrants returning from the Silk Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Information and Public Awareness Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Public awareness was provided to the migrants on the Abrishom way of Nimroze province. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Kandahar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Spin Boldak (Durand Line)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">50 families with 263 members have returned to the country and registered through Spin Boldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Transportations committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">41 families with 210 members from Spin Boldak have been safely transported to Kandahar, Herat, Zabul, Ghazni, Khost and Kabul, and these families have also been paid (269,000) Afghani as rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Financial management Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A total of (416,000) Afghanis have been provided to 48 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Food: 580 food items, bread and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Communications: 38 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Nangarhar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Torkham (Durand Line)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">403 families returned to the country through Torkham and (2,115) members of these families have been registered and biometrically scanned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Transportations committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">581 families with 3144 members from Torkham have been safely transported to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Kabul, and (2519100) Afghanis have also been paid as rent to these families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Financial management Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A total of (5252000) Afghanis have been provided to 632 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Communications: 632 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Information and Public Awareness Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Torkham. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Helmand<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Bahramcha (Durand Line)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">40 families with 250 members have returned to the country and registered through Bahramcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Transportations committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">30 families with 185 members from Bahramcha, Helmand, have been safely transported to Lashkar Gah and Garmsir, and these families have also been given (201500) Afghani as rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Financial management Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A total of (264000) Afghani has been provided to 28 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Kabul<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Center<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Transportations committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">170 families with 989 members from Kabul have been safely transferred to different provinces and (684,500) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The total figures of the different activities of all committees are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Registered refugees: (543) families and (2,827) individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Transferred refugees: (822) families and (3,638) individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Helped refugees: (699) families<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Distributed SIM cards: (673) numbers<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Daily Work Report of the Committees On Sunday, 1447\/7\/7, corresponding to 1404\/10\/7, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.
