Kabulov stated that the U.S. should unfreeze approximately $10 billion belonging to Afghanistan, and urged European nations to return an additional $2.5 billion held in a Swiss bank, originally designated for humanitarian assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also referred to the removal of the Islamic Emirate from Russia\u2019s list of banned organizations, describing the move as a significant step toward expanding cooperation between Kabul and Moscow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
