Secretariat of the High Commission to address the Problems of migrants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Daily Work Report of the Committees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, 17\/8\/1446, corresponding to 28\/11\/1403, Afghan refugees returned from different routes in the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.
The full report is presented as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nangarhar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Torkham (Durand Line)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

23 families returned to the country through Torkham and 93 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (32,000) Afghanis were provided to 4 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following different services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:
Food: 180 meals and water were distributed at Torkham.
Health: 210 returning refugees were treated at Torkham.
Communications: 19 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, were distributed to the returning refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kandahar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Spin Boldak (Durand Line)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 families with 73 members returned to the country and registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (122,000) Afghanis have been provided to 15 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:
Food: 307 meals and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.
Health: 83 returning refugees have been treated in Spin Boldak.
Communications: 117 SIM cards have been distributed to the returning refugees by the Telecommunication Services Authority, free of charge, with free minutes and internet packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nimroze<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Abrishom way<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

33 families with 130 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 770 passengers have also returned to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (192,000) Afghanis have been provided to 24 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services and Health Affairs Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:
Communications: 33 SIM cards with free minutes and internet packages were distributed to the migrants by the officials of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information and Public Awareness Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public awareness was provided to the migrants on the Abrishom way of Nimroze province. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, as well as about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Herat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Islam Qala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Islam Qala, 20 families with 61 members have returned to the country and registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (122,000) Afghanis have been provided to 20 families by the Financial management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total figures for the different activities of all committees are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registered refugees: (90) families and (357) individuals
Assistance provided to refugees: (63) families
SIM cards distributed: (169) units<\/p>\n\n\n\n
