Da Afghanistan Bank spokesperson Hasibullah Noori says that financial institutions are obliged to operate according to laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the other hand, the Kabul Shahzada Sarai moneychangers’ association considers it valuable to give a company license to the moneychangers from Afghanistan Bank and says that this license is beneficial to the moneychangers, as well as the stability of the Afghani against foreign prices and in preventing smuggling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
